Hello, I have an Acer A1-830 tablet and it keeps on saying searching for wifi networks but no networks pop up for me to connect to. I know it is not my wifi because my laptop, my phone and my mothers laptop are all connected and working properly. My tablet was working fine yesterday and I noticed that today i was unable to connect to the wifi at my school. When I went home it was the same thing. I turned off my tablet for a few hours and turned it back on and the same thing still happened. I then reset my tablet back to its factory settings and tried again, and the same thing is still happening. It says searching for wifi networks and no networks pop up for me to connect to. I have not handled my tablet roughly and the tablet is fairly new i have had it for 4-5 months now. please help.

Solution
When Android does not connect it is most frustrating as there are not too many settings to adjust. I would take the tablet to another Wifi location, and confirm that it can detect another network, such as a library. If the wireless still works, than I would try to get it to forget your home network, and reenter it. Also, make sure you have a good signal as I find my Android tablet not tolerant of a weak signal compared to other devices.
