I need to upgrade and have been looking around, I have 4 PC's wired which are the priority each stream and game simultaneously. for wifi it's 5 phones and 3 laptops which are lightly used, I don't care for a really great speed for wifi just something decent with some range.
So any suggestions? I can't really go over my budget :(

Oh and my internet is Charter I get 41 down 3.5 up

I've been buying and supporting network equipment for lots of years now and for non-professional setups I've started buying exclusively TP-Link stuff. The features & performance you get for the price consistently beats the competition IMHO.

The devices will do everything you need them to. I've currently got about 7 TP-Link devices, across 2 home networks, including 2 ultra-cheap $25 wireless APs that have been maintaining a link between 2 houses for about 18 months... they haven't missed a beat.

What you don't get is a slick, intuitive user interface or helpful manuals. If you want additional config beyond the standard, out of the box settings, it may take you a little longer to work it through. All the options are there, just not necessarily explained in the clearest way.

Their flagship router is under $100 at the moment: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
It's a 6 aerial AC router, with a Gb WAN port and 4 port Gb switch. You won't find anything even approaching those specs for that price.
