4770k temp possible cause?

I have had many issues with temps with my 4770k over the past few months. I had an idea, hooked up my Kill-A-Watt, and plugged in my PC only to see that my wattage was around 120 Watts. It was around 112-120 idling, doing absolutely nothing. On full load (Prime95 and Heaven full settings) it uses around 500 Watts at the absolute most. It hangs around 480 and occasionally hits 500 depending on the scene. Of course this was with both GPUs rather heavily overclocked and my CPU with a decent OC. I then disabled one GPU. I saved a few watts there, dropping to 108. I took both out and reset to default settings for everything. I turned on the C states and power saving, and still stayed around 70 Watts. 65 was the lowest. This was JUST my CPU and RAM at stock at 800 MHz / 0.772 Volts. Could this outrageous power usage be the source of the crazy temps?

My airflow is good, but my case temp is a little higher than I would like because of my GPUs, but not anything high enough to cause crazy temps. I tried testing again with Prime95, and I am right back to hitting 93 C after around 10 minutes of testing. I have redone thermal paste a good few times now with not much of it, only about a little more than rice-grain size. My radiator's fans are good, as are my case's fans. The ambient temp in my case is around 30-32 C. I have heard about the whole line thing, and I may try it, but that doesn't sound like it would do much.

I have done that MANY times. The temp in the case stays the same. The ambient in the case just doesn't want to go down no matter what I do. For a while, I had a large 500mm house fan on top speed blowing into the case. It is only around 25-27 C in here, too. I am thinking it could be the cooler, but I have no idea.
