Hey guys! I'm Philip. I'm new on Tom's, and I'm here to represent Performance-PC's on the forums. If you have any questions, concerns, comments, complaints or compliments in relation to us, feel free to PM me or email me at phillyd@performance-pcs.com.

If you don't know anything about us, we are a water cooling and PC hardware retailer located in Palm Bay, FL. We have been in the business for over 20 years, and we strive to bring the best in cooling, cases, modified components, modding supplies and much more!

We launched our new site today! Check it out at Performance-PCs.com. The owner, Hank, has written a message to the community to give a little details about the site.

What started as a 6 month project has now reached the 2 year mark... almost to the day. After much blood, sweat, tears, and tremendous expense trying to get everything we ever wanted in a shopping cart, we are finally ready to launch or new site later today. We have chosen Magento for our new cart as it is considered the most robust platform out there. With thousands of customizations, ours is nothing like the stock cart. Our web-cart will be one of the powerful Magento carts in the world. The cart will make heavy use of AJAX to minimize page reloads. We will offer full layered navigation to filter products rather then cumbersome category use. This will start out very good and get to "great" in the future. We will have all the things you have been asking for, multiple wishlists, gift registries, price match, item per-orders, saved credit cards, payment via Bitcoin, advanced products search featuring Sphinx, easy package tracking, online RMA system, Live chat, and much much more! We even have a completely separate mobile interface! We will be going offline around 6PM Eastern to start the transfer to the new web-cart. With anything this massive, there will undoubtedly be some bugs that need fixing that we overlooked. We still have almost 40% of our 20K+ products that need to be edited to fit the new tabbed product format. There is just no easy way to convert all that from our current cart. So expect all that to be improved. We also need to continue to work on optimizing the code to increase speed. But, all those things will continue to be worked on over the coming months to make your shopping experience the best it can be. We encourage you to email us your thoughts, any issues experienced and your requests. Thank you for your patience over the past 2 years as we know you all wanted this all a lot sooner!
