My HP Pavilion Entertainment laptop crashed yesterday. When I start the machine it tries to boot up but does not; instead it gives the above message. I tried to do system recovery but pressing F11 does not do anything. How can I get it to do system recovery? I would like to avoid having to re-image the laptop.
