Hey... yesterday i play dota 2 smoothly but suddenly now it lags what is the problem? i tried all in the youtube but nothing happens the cursor sometimes lag.. and i check the task bar and i saw mcafee on-access scanner use so much cpu and antimalware service executable... what is it getting so much cpu usage? and also i can play dead island riptide in low settings but now it lag so much not like before.. please help me
You will only be able to play games that are very old as the integrated graphics is not designed for gaming. Also the cpu is not very good and very slow. As for why dota 2 lags, it is probably the cpu and gpu struggling with the game. I would get a less intense anti virus software to reduce the load. Also installing more ram will help.

the ram of my laptop is 4gb is that okay? i can run it smoothly before but after mcafee update it lag and mcafee gets the entire cpu usage how can i fix it?
can i uninstall mcshield.exe? and what will happend if i remove it?
Macfee is a resource hog. You can uninstall it. If you are going to do this I would use the default anti virus, e.g. windows defender. And then use malwarebytes to manually scan for viruses every week or month. This should reduce the lag. As for the ram, I would have 8 gigs to help your old cpu and gpu out.

If I was you I would buy a new laptop as you can get one better than yours for cheap.

your system have only intel integrated HD graphics. its graphic memory should be 32MB or64MB. try another antivirus like avast, they provide gaming mods in which processor and memory usage are reduced. try this games
call of duty 1,2--- @ 1366x768, Anti-aliasing(AA) off----you get 40-45fps
CALL OF DUTY 4 modern warfare-- 800x600,AA off, low settings-----25-30fps
call of duty 5,6,7,8--480x640,low settings----15-25fps

GTA vice city--low settings
hitman-1,2,3-- low settings

FIFA-upto 2012
Battle field bad company 2--@ very low settings--15-20fps
nfs-hot pursuit,carbon,most wanted--low settings
nfs 12 work @ 15-17fps
Games upto 2012 may work on you lap beyond that you get only 10-12fps
call of duty black ops 2 or ghost will not work
for any high performance games,when you try to play, it goes APPCRASH

I think its the intel hd 3000 as it doesn't say which one on the toshiba website. This used be another way of saying that a laptop had the intel hd 3000 before the 4000 came out but I don't know for sure. Maybe someone can confirm this for me.
