Getting low FPS on Titanfall, any suggestions?

My PC meets all of the requirements, however i'm almost constantly getting low fps, no matter what settings I'm on.

Recommended Requirements:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 @ 2.6GHz
GPU: Radeon HD 6870
RAM: 8gb

I have:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @2.8GHz
GPU: Radeon HD 7870
RAM: 8gb

Using windows 7 with a 1080p monitor (1920x1080)

I have a Core 2 Quad Q9550 and have no problems with framerate. The CPU barely peaks above 50%. I also have a Radeon R7 265, which is equal to the 7850. I would adjust your AA/AF and lower your settings. Try everything at medium. You should be averaging the locked 60FPS in that game for it to play smoothly.
