I'm hoping I can run Watch Dogs on high settings.
i5-4570
GTX 760 Superclocked 2gb of vram.

If this can run W.D on high settings if possible can you tell me what kind of fps I would be getting?

Solution
That depends on your motherboard, RAM, the efficiency of your windows OS, driver versions, network card and internet connection not to mention your monitor and resolution. There are too many variables for anybody to give you an accurate answer. However, given the right supporting hardware with that CPU and GPU, and depending on the resolution and number of monitors you're gaming on, it should run well enough for decent fps on high. If you're running at very high resolution or using multiple monitors, it might take a hit. And, as mentioned above, results may vary significantly.

Agreed with the above, in particular that we cannot answer that without at least knowing what resolution you have in mind. That said, you have a decent mid-range system and there is certainly some combination of settings in Watch Dogs that will perform fine. My guess would be 1080p + medium-ish settings. Maybe some on high if you tinker with it.
