i5 760 @ 4GHz vs i7 860

I currently have an i5 760 overclocked at 4GHz is it worth upgrading to a i7 860? I can get an i7 860 for $60. Thanks!

For $60...wow, I would definitely do that. And keep the 760 as backup, for another build, or just sell it...you may be able to sell it for the $60 from the upgrade. If you don't want to spend the money though, the i5 760 with that overclock is just fine too.
