Hey guys I have an issue with my connections on my PC and my GPU. I have 2 monitors my gaming one (144hz) is connected to the DVI-D slot on my GPU and my 2nd monitor has a DVI-D input but the second DVI input on my GPU is DVI-I, sounds confusing lol. Anyways If I buy a DVI-D cable connect it from my 2nd monitor can it connect to the DVI-I Port on my GPU? I am trying to have a 2 monitor setup for multi-tasking @ 1920x1080 thanks.

You should be able to use the DVI-D cable with the DVI-I output.

Yes, you will be able to use it.
If you want a guarantee, this is how I have my monitor connected at home, and it works.
However, if you would have DVI-I male and DVI-D female, that would have been a problem.
