How to update GPU BIOS?

I have an Asus r9 280x and its started artifacting so I checked for any updates for it one the Asus site and theres a bios update that they say stops the artifacting, I was just wondering how to do it and if theres anything special i need to worry about?

Even if the name of the program is Atiwinflash, Ati used to be the graphics card company bought by AMD.

Hey thanks for the reply i downloaded the bios update from the Asus site and its just an .exe do i just need to run that? or do i actually need to go through flashing it and all that?

I would imagine you would just need to run the .exe from Asus since it's not a .rom
