Hi ,
I am very confused in picking components for my new budget pc.
I've picked AMD FX 6300 and Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P but i'm confused that are they compatible or not.
As per the cpu support list on the gigabyte website it is mentioned that it is compatible but i've to update my mobo's bios for using a AM3+ CPU...but as far as I know there is only one bios version available for this mobo i.e., F1 which is also compatible for the CPU i've selected .
I am also buying a Sapphire R9 270X DualX , Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB 1866 MHz and a Corsair VS 650 PSU.
Please tell me if there is any compatiblity issue with the CPU and the MOBO.
Thanks :)

Solution
There's no compatibility issue anywhere. Yes the BIOS would be compatible with CPU without the need to update. Also, that PSU is low quality, avoid Corsair CX/ VS/ CS/ builder series. Any 500W+ PSU from XFX/ Antec/ EVGA/ SeaSonic would be good enough. I'd get XXFX Pro 550W, MUCH better quality.
