Do i get a bigger PSU for a 2nd card or get a weaker PSU and later sell my old one

i don't now whether to take a bigger PSU so that in a year or two i add another graphic card or to take a smaller PSU and in a few years instead of the other graphics card,sell old and take the newer one. Im building a gamin g Pc this year so i have a not that big budget the bigger PSU will hurt my wallet more but it will give me some future prof? I don't now i hope you understand me,anyway thanks for any help
P.S the card i have now is a r9 290 the second one i thot to get was another 290 so i can go crossfire

Depends on what dual GPU config you wish to run in future. If its something like GTX 760 (650W or higher) or 970 SLI (700W or higherr) in future, then it'd be wise to spend more on better PSU now than later. Good list for dual (upto quad actually) GPU PSU requirements:

Are this power wattage's enough when overcloking? the cpu and gpu..
