I can't get my device format when I type the "attributes disk clear readonly" and click enter it say's "Virtual Disk Service Error: The operation is not supported on removable media". What do I do?

It sounds like you have a usb flash drive that is stuck in read only mode? this is addressed in the USB Flash Drive 101 sticky thread at the top of this forum.

My USB is in a Write Protected mode but I can't Format it...

even regedit can't solve my problem.. or cmd prompt...

please help!
