Hi truk308. You don't see it in the Windows Explorer when you open "Computer"? Try opening Disk Management and see if it shows up there. If yes, you might need to assign it a new letter. Here's a link with instructions on how to do that: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Change-add-or-remove-a-drive-letter
If that's not the case, try it on different computers and USB ports.
