Title says it all. I'm looking for a pc build that can record minecraft with fraps at 60+ fps

I have a keyboard, mouse and 2 monitors I can re-use

Also could the budget be nothing over $1000? Thanks!

Heres my specs, this runs with everything on maxed out steady 60fps:
Case: IN WIN GT
CPU: AMD FX 6300 Black edition 6 Core (OC 4GHz)
RAM: 8GB GSKILL Ares series
PSU: Corsair Builder series CXM 600W
Mobo: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
Graphics card: Asus Radeon HD 6570

At that budget, don't you think Intel would be a better bet? Also, from what I know, Minecraft doesn't really make use of the GPU that well, so keep that in mind when picking parts.

Fair enough, but it all depends on money and i think getting a cheap graphics card is better than none, e.g a £50 -£70 one

Agreed. Especially if he's going to want to play other games as well, or use shaders in Minecraft.
