sapphire r9 280x dual x
msi z97 gaming 3
ripjaws x 16gb 8x2 1600mhz
h100i
kingston v300 120 gb ssd
OCZ ZS Series 650 Watts PSU

and should i use a cheaper z97 motherboard like the MSI Z97 Guard Pro, wht is the difference
will it affect the performance

Yes the PSU is great, fine for everything you have. Not much difference between the 2 MoBos, I'd get ASUS Z97-A though, much better features wise.
