TDP is for power, use the word temperature.

I actually meant CPU usage percentage from Task Manager. Nevermind, those activities, especially Windows benchmarking does require some power so the temps are, as said, fine.

If the system is idle when you see a minimum of 40, that is a little high but nothing to worry about. Check them on full load, or rather the full load you would put it under, and then see what they are like. Be this in playing demanding games or using demanding programs.

That temperature is absolutely fine - as long as you've tested for quite a long period of time, few hours or so, and you still get similar temperatures then you have nothing to worry about.
