I am building a PC that is that will be used for heavy gaming and everyday use. I want to be able to play all games on max settings. Are the parts I have chosen compatible? And are they able to do what I want? I won't be overclocking anything due to fear of breaking it.

Thank you.

Yes everything looks nice :)

Your mobo can automatically overclock cpu for you, you will see that options it's called 5way optimization once you install all the drivers.

Happy gaming :)

If you're not overclocking you don't need the k processor, the z motherboard or the cooler. You could put the money saved into an Ssd.

However you won't break anything overclocking, especially if as mentioned above you just let the motherboard do a moderate overclock automatically for you.
