Hello, im planning to build my first pc. I wanted you to tell me if those components work together

motherboard: MSI 970A-G43

processor: AMD FX-SERIES FX-8350

graphics card: GIGABYTE GF GTX770 4GB

power supply: INTER-TECH ENERGON AC 220-240V 1000W

hard drive:TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1TB

ram: 8gb

case: GF ARESZE INTRUDER ATX-7622B

For your Power Supply I would recommend:

EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 1000W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply.

It is on the list above as Tier 1 and is pretty well reviewed. The P2 is the platinum certified, the G2 is the gold certified. I would go platinum although both are Tier 1 PSU's.
 


A 1000 watt PSU is super overkill for one GPU, especially a new 970. You could run it on a 650 watt unit, or even a 550 watt unit with minimal overclocking.

 

That is NOT true. PCPartPicker only considers the initial, if you can say, power consumption of the parts. When the GPUs go into load, they will consume MUCH more power.
