i have a hp laptop MODEL: GC022ET#ABU
and its wifi is turned off. wifi symbol light is not on. and i do not know that how to turn on that. i also tried by F12. and by Fn with F12. but no gained.
would you help me to turn it on

Some HP laptops were notorious for wireless card failure so check to see if it's listed in Device Manager under "Network Adapters".
If it isn't, and there are no error symbols shown, the wireless card has failed.
