The first is an S-Video to Composite (yellow)/Component(Red/Blue/Green) video adapter. It's used to plug into the S-Video output of your graphics card and to the input of either a TV or Recording device VCR/DVR.
The second is a molex to 6-pin PCI-E power adapter. This cable adapts two 4-pin molex power adapters to one 6-pin PCI-E graphics card power cable.
I don't recognize the first picture but the second and third ones are a molex to PCI-E power pin adapter.
Basically molex is what you would use to power extra case fans when you don't have enough fan headers on your motherboard. Generally it's not recommended to use a molex to PCI-E adapter. It's almost always better to use the regular PCI-E cables attached to your power supply.
