Run command missing

my run command seems to have disappeared from my computer. ive read other threads on this website and other websites about missing run menu from their start up or just cant find it, but non of them have helped me. i have windows 8 and i have been using the run command since i got my computer. today i am trying to get rid of "curse client" (elder scrolls online addon program) but when i find run its not there, when use search the run where it would normally be (under the app section) would not be there. i dont know what else to do or where to look please help, and thank you for your time reading

holy crap i love you. thank you so much! i was so confused and scared thinking i had a virus uninstall it lol. thank again!!
