Hello Everyone, I am buying a new PC and i have 2 option in my budget for the Motherboard

GIGABYTE GA-B85M-D3H - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

GIGABYTE G1.Sniper B5 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Please Held, I am confused Which one is better..

If your gaming, then the sniper B5 is the best since it has high quality sound capacitors and also more usb ports and pcie slots (no SLI, but I believe crossfire might be doable).

Only advantage the B85M-D3H has is it's micro atx, so if you want a compact computer then that is the one to get.

I will be buying a amd r9 280x and i have no problem if it doesnt have SLI

But the sniper B5 doesnt have a DVI-D port or a VGA port will this be problem

No it won't, because you are going to be using the r9 280Xes video ports if you want to use that card. The video ports on the motherboard only go to the integrated graphics on the CPU.

So the first time i start the pc(g1 sniper b5 mobo,gtx 970)..
If i connect display to gpu... There will be no problems, right?

Yep it should do it without any bios tweaks. Even if it doesn't work, you can just plug the display into the motherboard then go into the bios and change the video first to PCI.

Yeah... Actually the problem is... My monitor only has vga port.. No hdmi
So the only way is to the gpu or else I'll have to buy hdmi to vga adapter..

Yeah.... It's about 6-7 years old...
It was my first pc...
Anyway i may buy a new monitor this week.. So I'm gonna go with sniper b5
