I was going to buy a PS4 from game for £350 (including The Last of Us and FIFA 15). Then I came upon this deal on GameStop UK. I know they are a massive shop in America but only have an online store in the UK. However, they have a great deal where I get a PS4 and FIFA 15 for £330 (I'm not massively fussed on TLOU). However, the reviews of the UK store are up and down. I obviously don't want to get into any hassle when buying the console.

If you have any experience using GameStop UK, please let me know if you had any problems that I should lookout for when buying my PS4.

Thank You!

As you mentioned, Game Stop is fine in the US and we have purchased games from them. Based on that I see no issues with the UK division. Please verify that the UK division is an affiliate of the US division.

Thanks, just seen different reviews of GameStop UK. But you are more likely to write a bad review about a place then a good review if you had no problems.

Some of these 'reviews' are sour grapes! Personally, I tend not to write bad reviews because rarely do I encounter problems.

Games are different product-wise. Some people buy games, try it out, and are dissatisfied with the game. They then try to return the game to the store. If the store has a policy of 'No returns' for opened games, the customers will write a bad review. (Has nothing to do with customer service at Game Stop). This is why some reviews on certain products are unreliable.

Reading independent product reviews helps.

Ok then, guess i'll try and find a few. Just it seems like a small website (kinda) but it's obviously a massive Gaming retail shop in American and in some parts of Europe.
