I hope no graphics card out there weighs 25 pounds :p

You may be limited on the graphics card with the power supply as 305W is not a lot. Also, you need to determine the form factor of your machine to see if you need a full or half height graphics card.

What is the service tag??

I don't know what you mean by service tag. Also 25 pounds I mean Great British Pounds, the currency that the United Kingdom uses. I got the largest version of the Dell Optiplex 745, called the MINI TOWER. It can fit a low profile graphics card only and that link I provided from eBay, i'm not sure if that will fit in. It does say low profile but it looks quite big, I need to confirm it to see if I can get it. And I want to ask if its good, like no lag on GTA SA(old game) and League of Legends. I can play both of these on my SONY VAIO laptop without any lag.

Sorry for the long reply. The minitower should be able to support full height graphics cards. The desktop version is what supports the low profile cards. Make sure to double check what you got.

That being said, the HD 5450 is not really a gaming card, it's meant for basic use like movies and such. Here is the review:

You may be able to get away with it playing the games at low settings..

It's required PSU is 400w but I got a 305w psu. I've seen people with the same pc who say the 5450 will work and someone with 280w worked. Also there is no model of the dell optiplex that takes the length of a FULL SIZED CARD. I have the largest dell optiplex available and people said you can only put a half sized graphics card in there( low profile ). I'm not worried about the PSU, just worried that this card

might not fit in my dell optiplex or might not come with low profile brackets.
I have a black slot which is occupied by something( not sure what it is, doesn't show up as graphics card )
