I suggest getting a whole new upgrade completely. You need a budget, and keep in mind what resolution you'll be playing, how much fps you want, so on so forth.

You're pc cannot run anything at medium or high with maximum upgrades.

But would this be fine with the power supply, and everything else? Would this also bottleneck the pc?

Well it looks like the PC you linked has a 300w power supply, and the 750 ti requires 300w power supply so you should be ok to go.

Realistically probably. The 760 requires a 500w power supply and the computer is like 4 years old + that you have shown us. The 750 ti will be like 20x better than the card you currently have and should allow you to run most of the games you want at lower specs.

Can you estimate the performance for a game like the new far cry 4

That is far cry 3 benchmarks with a 750ti . Keep in mind they most likely had a better processor / ram combo as well. But that is also at high settings on a 1080p. I would imagine similar settings for yourself at medium ... but its purely a guess.

My friend, save up. Trust me, itll be worth it in the end. Also, a 750ti is the first of the new maxwell architecture, which is what the 900series is based on. If you get any blue screens while playing, that most likely mean your pc is taking more wattage than your psu can provide. Lets pray that doesnt happen. Beat of luck.
