foxconn motherboard not heating up. no display. no voltage at lower mosfet. what problem

doesnt exactly answer the question.any fans spinning ie power supply fan.have you checked the psu?as for foxconn boards,while they are low end boards for the most part,they are certainly not the worst.ive got a five year old foxconn board with a triple core phenom overclocked and it has never missed a beat.
