Client does noot need APU since he wants the GTX 980 series. So no need for gpu or APU.

I am not charging him money. He is my friend. He does not know that much about computers and told me to build him a system. He gave me this budget and I said ok. I did not charge him except for the build itself. Just please dont ban me. I do know about computers. I just am more towards the 3000$ builds. That is what normal people hire me for and i do that. but my friend is different. He is having a tough time in life and would like my help with building a pc.

Update 1: Not normal people. People who usually hire me have those big budgets

I think the banning thingy was a joke, and a 550w psu really can't handle a 980? I thought they weren't exactly power hungry..

Nah wrong build. Get intel the and fx is outdated. Won't last a while anymore also get the EVGA B2 750w PSU with that gtx 980
