I recently updated my old motherboard with a modified Xeon E5440. as i posted previously on this forum, i needed to get a decent cooler for it, cause im not happy with how the stock is performing.
Here guys suggested getting a cooler master cooler, but i found its over the budget for me. (i spent only 40$ on this upgrade.. so you get the idea..) so i came up with this two coolers that is inside my budget,

this unknown branded one which i can't find any information on:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dual-Towers-Heatsink-CPU-Cooler-Fan-for-Intel-LGA775-1155-1156-AMD-AM2-AM2-AM3-/301147438190?pt=US_Computer_Case_Fans&hash=item461dc93c6e

and this Xilence Frozen Fighter cooler, that i can find some reviews on.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Xilence-Frozen-Fighter-Intel-775-PWM-CPU-Cooler-COO-XPCPU-LGA-B-R2-/321489079138?pt=UK_Computing_Video_Card_GPU_Cooling&hash=item4ada3e0b62

so what should i go with? I'm bit afraid to go with Xilence Frozen Fighter cause it resembles the stock cooler visually, so i don't know if it will perform better than it.
and im afraid of buying the unknown one, cause, simply its performance is unknown to me.

so with what should i go with? if there are any other options under 30$, please let me know.

Ah,well the first one seems significantly superior then, the second one isn't an upgrade from stock at all.
