GTX 760 OC crashing issues

My setup is:
GTX 760 OC 4GB 32Bit 60Hz
i7-4790k 4GHz
16GB ram
1680x1050

While playing BF4 with graphics set on high or medium, the game crash just crashes. surely this setup can handle more than medium graphics?
Any ideas on what i can do to improve the gpu?

to improve the GPU? get a new one, since yours already OC'ed,you can't crunch out more performance from it, by the way build is extremely disbalanced, top of the mountain CPU paired with mid-tier GPU..what do you expect?

here is some of the stats im getting, when the game is started i only get like 60 seconds before it crashes. This is with no alterations to settings just the gtx 760 OC itself.

from msi afterburner
on ultra with no AA
power - 60%
GPU usage - 40%
FB usage - 98%
core clock MGHz - 1163MHz
memory clock MGHz - 3005 MB
Memory Usage - 1551MB
GPU temp - 40 degrees

on medium with AA off
power - 60%
GPU usage - 40%
FB usage - 92%
core clock MGHz - 1163MHz
memory clock MGHz - 3005MHz
Memory Usage - 1655MB
GPU temp - 40 degrees
