Ok, So I've had it with my current build and would like to get a new one.

Current Build General specs:

CPU AMD FX 8350
HDD 500gb, 2TB
OS: Win 7 home 64bit
RAM: 8GB
GPU: GTX 760
PSU 650 watt
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So I am looking to build a new PC that can do the following task without struggling or getting to hot.

Play most game @60fps+ on High to Ultra graphics.
record game footage without dipping below 60FPS
livestream.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So I know how to put together a pc. I just need help on finding a decent price tag on a optimal build If anyone is willing to help me.
Min Requirements on build:
CPU: INTEL
SSD: atleast 1
HDD: atleast 2
GPU: Nvidia only
CASE: Full Tower

Solution
Probably a little high on the budget for what you are asking.

New OS? (If you plan to sell or re-use the old system as a complete system)
Monitor?

Here's a quick one. Probably might want to shop around for some cases that suite your tastes. (Those GTX970 are available now, shockingly)

Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BYkBFT/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($338.95 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Phanteks PH-TC14PE_RD 78.1 CFM CPU Cooler ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($122.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston Fury Red Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($165.79 @ Amazon)...

So are you building a new build from scratch? If so I would look at doing something like this:

Stay away from cheap SSDs like the PNY Optima and the Kingston SSDNow - they don't have good data transfer rates and the only redeeming quality they have is the price.

I read game recording as potential video editing, so an i7 makes more sense here. Dual 980s, and even 970s, is a huge overkill for 1080p, One 970 or one 980 would be enough. Leaves plenty of budget for a 2560x1440 144Hz monitor with a 980 perhaps?

Yeah I think I'd agree if you're just going on 1080P. If you're going 1440P, Ultra Wide (2560x1080), or even 4K that's where the extra 980 would be warranted.
