I am new to building PC's and I recently purchased the AMD A8-7600 Kevari CPU. It has integrated R7 Series graphics and i wanted to know more about its crossfire (but since new Catalyst updates it is called Dual Graphics) features. I have seen alot of complaints on microstutter, and to my knowledge that has been fixed in the new driver updates. So heres my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/D7K9nQ, and i want to know if cross-firing my R7 250 DDR3 2GB with the APU would work well?

More about : question dual graphics

If you already have the 250, Yeah it would give you a nice boost in games. If you don't have the 250, I would recommend on buying a better GPU..

Bench on crossfire vs non-crossfire(its 240 but the same idea): http://www.fudzilla.com/home/item/34623-amd-kaveri-revi...

I had a A8 6600K and combined it with the 6670 graphics card which it was rated to be the highest card it could offer dual graphics on with the APU. I got lots of screen tearing and just a terrible experience, I found disabling dual graphics and just running the 6670 for graphics was much smoother. I was VERY disappointed by the performance and while the computer would auto detect higher settings in games than just the 6670 actual game play was unbearable.

From that stage of time to this stage of time, drivers and compatibility have confined. You should see a better experience..

Do you own the 250 as of right now?
