I get trashed for saying it, and still do...ideally I like to go with 16 GB RAM and an SSD because of the help in future proofing. Within the next couple of years games will be using 8 GBs of RAM...so having more would of course help. If you have a motherboard that has only 2 slots for RAM, then I would say to get the 16 GB now to save money and time in the future...if you have a motherboard that supports 4 RAM modules, then get 2 modules that are 4 GB each now and plan to upgrade in a few years.

For the SSD, I definitely recommend one that has at least enough for the...

An SSD would boost your computer to go very fast. Yes this a good gaming pc, personally i prefer the fx series but that works well too. Your video card is very good to can play most games at high settings probably.

For the SSD, I definitely recommend one that has at least enough for the operating system, any updates you may need to install, and any program that you will use a lot. For instance, if you love playing Skyrim and plan to sink hundred of hours into it with mods, then I would get an SSD that is 120 GBs...so you can get the most out of it. If you don't have any programs like that, then a 6-80 GB SSD would be fine. Or you could do like a lot of people are doing these days and getting 250-500 GB SSD for many programs and OS. And then get a few TB hard drive for everything else. It really depends on what your budget is and what your needs are.
