ya I fixed it it was AOL desktop 9.7 it would not work the last 3 days so I closed it down in unistall it now its idling at 0 and my temps are 40c instead of 50c lol
it's likely that it's some background program like an antivirus program which is sucking up your computer's resources. Go to Task Manager and find out which process is using up your CPU at 20-25%
