This would be my first build as I experience PC gaming for the first time. I prefer Intel processors, I need a wi-fi adapter and i want to buy all my parts from one website just in case one of my parts is defective. Please and thank you!

Do i have to worry about the compatibility note? It has something to do with the case and motherboard

Everything above is compatible assured, and I also added a PSU to the build. It should play games on high with great framerates, and it's even under your budget :)

Nup - it was a temporary build. You can replicate it yourself in PartPicker.
