Hey guys

I've been looking for a program that provides temperatures for my system (CPU, video card, RAM, etc) and it seems like hwinfo and aida64 are spoken highly of. I'm also aware that aida64 is around $40, that's fine.

Are there any major differences (or flaws) between the two? I also plan on doing a dual-boot setup soon, would either one work on both Windows and Linux? Anything else I should know?

Thanks for the help!

Both are great for temp monitoring, major difference would be that AIDA64 give you a lot more info about your pc beyond temps only (detailed info of every device connected, benchmarks to test your hardware, list of drivers and so on).

Unless they claim to have a linux version on their websites they won't work on Linux, guess you could use the emulator WINE but I can't guarantee if that will do the trick.
