I recently built a new computer, I had no problems with my previous one aside from wanting an upgrade, and it's really disappointing me. Not to mention the computer lagging on goodanime.net, it takes about 40 seconds after booting to see the POST and an additional 15-20 to finish from there. I know the SSD works fine because I had it installed on my old computer and it'd cold boot in under 20 easily. I've switched the water cooler with the stock cooler that came with the CPU and that shortened it about 10 seconds but it was getting too hot to keep it on. I've also tried changing the graphics card to the one I was using in my old computer which didn't change anything (Did this because my computer kept blue screening because of the driver). Anything else I haven't tried. Specs are:

Nothing is overclocked, it won't even let me change the RAM to 1866 mhz.
Long story short, takes 4x longer to boot than my old one, I get lag on an anime site and it won't let me change my RAM speed to 1866.
Thanks in advance!

Everything looks good - OTHER than the H100i. The H100i is possibly the WORST water cooler in my opinion. go for an H105, and H110 or a Swiftech H220-X. Check your CPU temps because they might be so high your CPU is throttling.
Maybe check you cables to see if they are loose/coming apart, and possibly replace them with better quality cables.
GPU would never affect boot times. - Its all in the SSD and the CPU
The SSD looks all good - like I said before, check the cables to see if they are loose or falling apart.

If it doesn't work, I'm no expert on this sort of stuff, but your SSD might have a faulty/broken part making it run slow

Hope this helps.
