Hi guys, hopefully someone can help me.
I've got a very odd problem at the moment.
Every morning when I boot my PC I can't get a display - I'm using my 40" monitor and it's just displaying the ol "no signal/display" sign. If I reboot the PC then it's working again.

It seems to be doing the same thing every day. So far I've tried resetting the BIOS to factory settings, but still no luck.

My next step would be to re-seat the CPU and GPU, but they seem to be functioning fine once booted =/... any ideas?

Is this issue with your integrated GPU or PCIe discrete GPU? Intel CPU or AMD? AMD GPU or nVidia?
It sounds like the infamous Intel bug which can be fixed by moving the GPU to the other PCIe slot, and having BIOS first try and display to the empty slot. I think that's right.

Turn on the TV first, use HDMI.

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of info.

i7 4770k
10g ddr3 ram
nvidia geforce 780 gtx

@i7Baby - currently using HDMI - that's plugged directly into the 780. Also having the TV off has worked before - it's only recently that it started doing this.
@nitrium - Nvidian Geforce 780 GTX GPU

The thing is it's been working for at least 6 months straight. The only thing I did recently, was remove the stock intel CPU cooler/fan and replaced it with another one - just to test the 2nd one, and then removed it again and installed the original one. I might have to remove the CMOS battery and see if that does anything.

I got nothing other than what I suggested except to maybe try changing to a different cable and see if that helps (e.g. DVI or displayport) - that might narrow down the issue.
