Maybe a hard drive or even a RAM issue if you tried different disks. Do a scan of the hard drive, the Hirens or Ultimate Boot CD will have several drive check utilities you can run after you boot off the disk.

If your computer is not installing required files then this issue may occur when the Setup program cannot communicate with the CD-ROM drive. I would like to suggest you to verify the DVD burn: Install ImgBurn, select Verify disk then load in ISO to make sure it says "Bootable" in text at left, then insert DVD and click verify button. I hope this process will help to install all the required files. Thanks.
