As what it is now, nope. The 2gb of system ram.. is.. well not going to get you anywhere hehe. The GPU is okay, but it is very dated... If your not looking to push much more money into it, here is what i can recommend:

NEW GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

MORE RAM: 8 gigs.

Also one more thing, what is acceptable for you? Medium settings at 40 fps?... high-ultra settings at 30 fps? low settings? What is your poison? :p

I linked the 750 ti, as its cheapest with the lowest power consumption.. If you give us a bit more of your needs that would help alot :)

Too the first thing you posted, Yes it is compared to the 260x. And 4gb is the very minimum I would go for gaming.

And as for your build..

That build right there is... pretty solid for your needs I believe...

Only thing I would recommend is, maybe buy another 2gb ram stick along with that 4gb stick... 6gb of ram will help :p  But otherwise, 4gb would be the very min I would go.

And also, get a different PSU. That 430w is cutting it super close(that series of corsair is also crap), and also future improvements if wanted. You could buy just a GPU instead of buying a different PSU and GPU.

I would go for this EVGA PSU, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
It is 75 bucks.. but with a 25 MIR, brings it down to 50 bucks in the end.

Your motherboard is right on the line... the 760g chipset is getting pretty dated, but if you stay with whatever you have listed for just this pc. It will get the job done.

In the end, Forgetting my recommendations. The Build your linked is pretty solid, just get a different PSU. :)

Also, if you are counting the Win 7 OS in that $350, does it come with a verifiable license key and install media?

And for any used PC, you really, really need to do a full reinstall before you use it.

If you are in a budget I will recommend the G3258. You can see many benchmarks in youtube about its performance. Additionally my main concern is the upgrade path by buying the LGA1150 motherboard because you can upgrade into the i series according to your demands. So far as what I have seen about the G3258 it is a pretty decent CPU for budget gamers. You can also add your extra money to get a more powerful GPU like the R9 270 and 8G of ram.

Personally I have an AMD APU (Kaveri) but I will recommend intel for power consumption efficiency. :)

The PC i listed on my main post is a used pc,which is already formated and windows 7 installed,$350 is for that,as for the build i listed,it is $420 with a better graphics card than the 550 ti.

yes,but will a dual core without hyperthreating be enough for gaming? This is why i am between the fx6300 and the pentium, bcs the fx is $100 in my country and pentium is only for $60,so i could easily invest the rest $40 of my budget to buy a r9 270x instead of r7260x.What do you think about the dual core? Will it bottleneck the r9-r7?
Will it be enough to play new games?Or i should go with the fx.

It really depends on the games you will be playing.. any single threaded CPU heavy games, the pentium will take the lead. But if games use more cores(not single threaded) the FX will take the win.

So if your going to be playing older games, go for the Pentium, if your going to be playing newer games as such BF3/BF4 go for the FX

It`s unfortunate that I cannot give you a youtube link. You can search it by yoursefl about the G3258 pairing with GTX 780 running Assassin`s Creed IV.
Do take note that 60FPS for this game is the max value on whatever rigs.
Same is true with my personal rig that does not exceeds to 60 FPS.

Also you can search on a specific game with specific GPU and see if the numbers will satisfy you.

Good luck.

so what is the conclusion?dual core pentium or the fx for some new games like tera, aion and some old like lineage 2 etc...?thanks.

EDIT: core i3 4150 is better than pentium and 6300 as i searched.Should i go with core i3 with hyperthreding or the fx with 6 cores.? Gaming and some recording.

Go for the i3, if you plan on EVER upgrading to an i5/i7 you can. The i3 is always if not on par with the FX it is better. Go for the I3
