I would:
1: get the FX8320 instead
2: possibly change for a R9 270 if you can find one $20+ cheaper than the cheapest R9 270X
3: Get the XFX proseries xxx edition 550w, the CX series is pretty low quality, the XXX series are both cheap and good quality.

Else i would say the rest looks fine as it is, though you might want a small SSD for the OS.

I appreciate ur advice, but im on a budget here, n will it run properly with all these components? No compatibility issues i hope?

No this should work fine.

I do know you're on a budget yes, but the GPU change would allow you to spend that extra ~$30 on the CPU, even if you could only save $20 on R9 270X -> R9 270, the extra $10 would be well spent because of the performance difference on the two CPUs.

The Corsair CX is medicore quality, for a extra $5 you'll get an extra 50w (which means you'll have a power supply under less load, which is good) and the quality of this psu matches and goes beyond some used in much more expensive builds.

Here's the psu tier list for quality:

ctrl+f for "CX" and "xxx" to find the psus.

A higher tiered unit will deliver a more stable current overall, a more stable current means your parts survive longer, and you'll have a better time overclocking, which is also something you could easily do with the 8320 down the road with a decent cooler and have a big performance gain from that. ;)

As of 10/2/14, the 270x is around $166 so nows the time to get it.
