Computer Parts From USA To India

Hi everyone I have a question, I'm buying new computer parts for my new up coming rig and I live in India so the prices here are off the charts and the parts that you can get here are pretty expensive so I've decided to get them from USA, some of my relatives are coming from USA so can they bring the parts with them ? They are going my plane obviously :D So will they be charged by the customs for the parts and will it be super expensive or what ? What are the ways they can bring the parts here and is it a good idea or should I just buy the parts In India somehow ? - Peace

I heard somewhere that if they bring the parts in their boxes, they have to pay customs.
However, if you remove the boxes, and just put the parts withing the luggage, there`s no problem.
Now, the only thing is that with no boxes, you have no warranty, but anyway, since you`ll have the parts in India, I`m not sure you`ll travel to US just for warranty on a part.
