Worth waiting for Blackfriday?

So umm... I'm planning on buying parts for my gaming pc but I have people that insist that black friday will sell cheaper for the parts that I'm getting like for instance the i5, asus motherboard, ram and a geforce but they keep saying it goes on sale which i really doubt so all I'm asking does it? I mean it is too early to tell but how were your other black fridays? did any of your mid or high end pc parts go on sale on black friday?And remember just want to know if any of the big ticket parts went on sale don't want answers like its too early to tell.

No but I hoped, nobody really knows what will go on sale and how much, but just about everything does at least a bit at some point.

Also its not really "blackfriday" or "cybermonday" any more. Its bassically all November and December long with rotating deals

I love my rig, maxes out everything except total war rome 2 (basically a single threaded poorly coded engine that makes the CPU do way more graphics stuff than it should). So my cpu keeps me limited a bit. But I'm craving for a 970 which I might buy this holiday season. SSDs are also plummeting in price so I will probably pick up another
