If you have the I/O shield that' the main thing - other things you'll need if you don't have them are SATA cables, a disk or USB stick with the motherboard drivers on, and a PDF manual. That should be it really - an SLi/Crossfire bridge optional.

Do I have to reinstall my OS? Or can I just select my Hdd as boot and go? Also, I should install the motherboard drivers before I take the old one out right?

Generally it's advisable to do a clean install of your OS if you're changing motherboards (unless it's the same board you're replacing) as a lot of the drivers will be different between boards.

If it's the same board then you should be able to just replace it and boot as normal.
