OR

http://mdcomputers.in/sapphire-graphics-card-r9-270x-2g...

Please suggest me a power supply unit for the rig from the website www.mdcomputers.in

My total budget is 18000 - 20000 rupees and depending on which GPU I purchase the remaining is the Budget left for the PSU.

Thanks in advance.

Note - I prefer Corsair.

Avoid Corsair VS/ CX/ CS/ builder series, they're all low quality, never recommended unless there is no other options. EVGA/ Antec/ XFX/ SeaSonic produces much better PSUs, any 500W+ from them would do. My recommendation would be, based on your budget and quality in mind, Antec Neo 520W:

For a R9 270x in there, you'll need at least a 500W power supply. Get a good quality one - from tiers 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su... eg Seasonic M12II - $67 at Newegg

S12II is great quality, both are good PSUs though. If flipkart is in desired list of websites, your choice expands a lot. Consider the Antec VP550P, more wattage, great quality, cheaper:

This is probably the best one on their website. The CoolerMaster V series are pretty much the only quality units they supply as the Corsair units are the low-end models http://mdcomputers.in/products/smps/cooler-master-smps-...

EDIT

Actually this one's not bad, the low wattage RM's are much better built as they are made by CWT and have all Japanese capacitors http://mdcomputers.in/products/smps/corsair-smps-rm550....

I'd go with either S12II 520W or VP550P, both are great quality and very reliable. Considering you wanna spend less, VP is the winner here, undoubtedly. FYI, all four are good quality, but the best overall for your criteria is VP550P. Yep you can OC with those.
