Hello. I've just installed Baidu Antivirus but it didn't automatically disable my installed antivirus which is Microsoft Security Essentials. So my question is should I be Disabling SE or no, both of them can get along together just fine? Thanks.

i have been using Microsoft SE for 2 years and i am pleased . i guess one antivirus program running is better than 2 .

I've been using SE a long time too. I thought some changes wouldn't hurt, so I've chosen Baidu since it's free, lite and fancy :)

i tried a lot of antivirus programs but i always use SE . i know that Kaspersky and Avast are better . But either they are paid or free but full of ads . i have had no problem over 2 years protecting my laptop by SE.

Do you usually use it in public places? I was actually thinking of buying a laptop soon.

Not yet sure. I don't really want it for gaming, just daily stuff. And of course I should be able to afford it. There's one I like, core i3 3110m 820m.

Geforce 820M - 96 CUDA cores
Geforce 840M 384 CUDA cores

but 820M is not very bad

i3 3110M is a good mobile CPU

Well 3110m is not the best but I'm sure it can get my things done. As I said I can't really afford a more powerful one right now. Guess I should get a paid antivirus for it too since I'm gonna be using public network a lot.
