Hey, i am building a pc on a budget, and i need your oppinion.

Build:

AMD FX-6350
ASRock 990FX Extreme3 [bulk] motherboard
8GB RAM HyperX Fury blue [2x4GB]
NVidia GTX 650 2 GB Superclocked edition
PSU 550W.

Right now i am going to buy the motherboard, because it is bulk, it is at an amazing price compared with other stores [50 % less], but i heard it has some issues with FX 8350 [it overheats on regular fan]. Will I have the same issue with the FX 6350? I won't be buying a CPU cooler, i'll use the one that came with the CPU, and i don't plan to overclock.

I am going to use the PC for next gen and last gen gaming. On next gen (Assassin's Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, Battlefield Hardline, COD Advanced Warfare, even gta 5 [if possible]) i'll be playing at 720p with low settings, and with last gen (Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Far Cry 3 and well, every good game in the last decade.) i'll be playing with 900p at medium settings. [Or i'll ajust the game to run above 30fps]

yes if you overclock the processor then you will need an after market cooler to cool down the cpu and try to get the fx 8320 its 7$ more than fx 6350 and have 8 core with much better performance.

Plus dont get the gtx 650 its a poor card and cant handle modern games get r9 270 almost same price 144$ and much much better than gtx 650 you can play any game at ultra with it at your resolution.

Where i live the difference is much bigger. FX 8350 is about 60$ more than 6350, and the r9 is 50$ more than the gtx 650. And i would rather buy a nvidia, given that many games are optimized for nvidia.

Edit: i have only a $350 budget to buy a video card, a processor and RAM. the other stuff is already bought. Can you suggest what to buy with that budget? I can only buy from amazon.co.uk.

i said fx 8320 not 8350.
Plus 50 % games are optimized for nvidia and 50% for amd but that is a separate thing gtx 650 you can barely play modern games at medium settings its a low end card for nvidia where as r9 270 is a upper mid range card of amd which is better than even gtx 660.
So if not r9 270 then atleast get the gtx 750 ti.

215 gbp. Also, there is indeed a small difference between 8320 and 8350, so why not buy the 8350?

Edit: i don't mind buying a used one.

yes i have checked the price of the products in amazon.co.uk and yes the difference of price between fx 8320 and 8350 is minimal.

This will be good config for a gaming system for ultra gaming.

But if its totally out of your budget then this....

With the 2nd setup you can still manage to play modern games at high settings at your resolution.
