Hi KiboRibo,I am Bharath from India.I am also 15.I have a basic PC build by myself but the CPU is a Monster (i5 2500K) but I can't OC it as it is in an H67 Mobo.Everything else is crap.I have a Geforce 210 !! People here have basically No-Knowledge about PCs.They worship a Core 2 duo like an i7 ! .No Probs Buddy,You can own one.If you have a 700$ Budget,You can play High-end Games at Good Settings and Good Quality. Please check this Build out

CPU- AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300 (FD6300WMHKBOX) Processor
CPU Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212X or EVO (X has Better Cooling,EVO is Quieter)
Motherboard - ASRock 990FX Extreme9 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX with UEFI BIOS
RAM - Kingston HyperX DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC...
If you only intend to play games you're better off buying a games console instead of a PC. Games console is already set up to play games at best quality so you won't have the hassle of choosing the correct spec for a PC.

All you need to decide is which console to buy - - Playstation or Xbox.

Save money on the cost of games maybe (here in the UK there's very little difference in price of PC games versus console versions), but a games console is way cheaper than a gaming-spec PC, and there's no "maybe" about that.
