You can play these games at low settings but games like watch dogs and witcher 3 will still struggle to get decent fps at low settings.

I am sorry but quite a few of the games you mentioned won't be able to run and will either have heavy lag or crash. This is due to lack of RAM (you will need 6GB to play most graphics intensive games) and the Intel Core i3 which is only a dual core processor.

Is it a laptop you have or PC?

i3's are physically dual-core processors with hyperthreading. Newer ones do fine; even new Pentiums with no hyperthreading can be excellent low-end gaming processors. This is an older, slower i3 but that's the problem, not its core count.

OP: I would grab another 4 GB of DDR3 RAM if possible. Preferably in such a configuration as to end up with matching pairs (so if you have 2x2 GB now, get another 2x2 GB; if you have 1x4 GB, get another 4 GB module, etc).

Titanfall should run fine. It uses an old engine that scales well on older hardware. The others might be more of a struggle, but you can certainly play them if you don't mind turning down details. The relatively low 1600x900 resolution helps.

On a side note, I'd discourage pre-ordering and suggest instead waiting for reviews, especially since CD Projekt Red is the only developer of the games you've listed that has arguably earned the blind trust of PC gamers. Even then I still see no value in pre-ordering, though.

Watch dogs would never run on his system. It requires 6GB RAM minimum and it still lags slightly with 6GB. Also many of the other of his mentioned games also require at least 6GB except for as Titanfall (as you said) which requires 4GB.

They'll run as long as there's a page file present on the system. There might be some more HDD swapping as a result, and OP would have to very diligent about making sure nothing is running in the background. And as you might have noticed, I did recommend 8 GB in my post.

I'm way more concerned about the i3-530's performance, but I'm fairly sure it would be playable.

Watch Dogs and so,ex of the other games also require Quad Core CPUs so the i3-530 would need to be upgraded to at least a Quad Core i5.

Please, stop dreaming. Those games are too much for your hardware.
